RETURNS

Please note that only damaged products can be refunded. We are not permitted to accept product returns as our products are consumable & perishable. Damaged products must be thrown away.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Upon receiving a damaged product, we ask you to void the item and notify us at trapsaucemix@gmail.com as soon as possible with pictures of what you received & a receipt confirming your order.

 

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded, not including shipping charges. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your banks to process the refund.
